Neharee (8 person)
1 kg beef
1 kg bone(can be less)
flour 6 spoon
plain yogurt 3 spoon
neharee masala 2 spoon
2 mid. onion
half cup oil to fry onion

Take pressure cooker ad 2/3 water put masala bone salt cover 20 min cook in midd fire

After 20 min ad beef and cover again for 30 min , if water less you can add 1 cup more .

Make flour water yogurt mixture and add to boiling beef 5 min
4 step
If neharee not enough thick may ad mixture of 2 spoon flour and water
5 step
Boil 20 min in low fire
6 step
Fry 2 mid onion in oil seperate take out half onion without oil put a side remain mix to neharee5 min leave to boil , ready serve with fried onion on it and pita bread
