Achaar Gosht

ACHAAR GOSHT
Ing.:
Chicken(as your wish mutton or beaf) 1 kg
Tomato  1 kg
Garlic paste 2 spoon
Plain yogurt 1 cup
Achaar gosht masala 1 package(4 spoon)
Lemon 1 small
Non spicy green chili 8

1 step
Add chicken and garlic paste salt and cook  for 10 min everytime stir






2step 
Add masala 2 spoon stir 5 min and add tomato cover and cook 20 min in midd fire(everytime stir that it will not burn)



3 step
While chicken cooking make 2 spoon  masala and half lemon juice mixture and put inside chili (chili you should to cut from one side )


4 step
Add yogurt and remain half lemon juice to chicken stir  15 min




5 step
 Add chilis and coriander stir 10 minute  and achaar gosht is ready





6 step
serve with pita bread
